Continue my exploration in Morocco. This time we picked the South West again. We rented a car at Marrakech airport. Brought tents, air matrasses, hiking boots and a bathing suit. All you need for a great tour winding through the impressive Atlas Mountains and along the amazing Atlantic coast.
This time we had a problem… Too much beautiful places to explore in too little time. Especially if you also want to enjoy quality time with your travel companion. But we’ve managed. Each day we decided on our plan for the day. We ended up in: Oumnass > Lalla Takerkoust > Ouirgane > Tinmel > Tizi ’n Test > Tafraout > Amtoudi > Agadir Id Aissa > Ida Ougnidif > Taghazout > Paradise Valley > Imsouanne > Tafedna > Sidi Kaouki > Essaouira > Marrakech.
It was magnificent. We’ve seen breath taking views, drove through impressive mountains, met very nice people, hiked up to Id Aissa in the 40 degrees sunshine, enjoyed the nights talking and sleeping under the stars, enjoyed delicious food, relaxed on magnificent empty beaches, cooled down in the playful Atlantic. We had a good time with only smiles, amazement and love!
