Elicitate & Facilitate!

With this training the requirements analyst will go deeper into knowledge and the skills of Applying and Validating & Negotiating (Consolidating).

The requirements analyst is offered an extensive set of methods and techniques, with which the Requirements can be collected from various sources (stakeholders, documentation and existing systems). The various elicitation techniques are discussed in detail, including Interviews, surveys, field observation, work placement, brainstorming, workshops, etc.

During the requirements engineering process, the requirements analyst is faced with conflicting requirements. The participant learns how these types of conflicts can be detected and mediated with those involved (consolidation).

After this training the requirements analyst is perfectly equipped to improve himself, to elicit and consolidate the requirements. This increases the chance of a successful ICT change or project by delivering a complete and correct set of requirements.
